I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was secure and under the building. The room was spacious with a front room, bedroom, and a kitchen. The Italian-style breakfast served next door was very good.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff helpful, secure parking, nearby bars and restaurants, spacious rooms with kitchen and 2 TVs, delicious Italian-style breakfast.

Spent Christmas at a hotel within a university area. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided helpful assistance to find a parking area. There were some bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and included a big kitchen, front room, and bedroom. There were two TVs in the room which was a great perk. The Italian-style breakfast was served next door and was delicious. the bar next door provided snacks with the drinks in the evening.
Parking on the street was a bit challenging since many students parked on the street leaving only one lane for traffic going both ways. the room was not ready for new persons, and the cleanliness could be improved.

The rooms were quite spacious, offering plenty of space to move around. the location was also good, with bars and restaurants nearby. Parking was secure and located underneath the building, offering peace of mind.
My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. Communication with the reception was quite difficult, as they did not understand English very well which made things quite confusing.

Although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is close to restaurants and bars. the staff is friendly and the parking is secure. the Italian style breakfast is tasty and the rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and separate seating areas. There are even two TV units in each room.
The room cleanliness could be improved.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The parking was secure and conveniently located under the building. I loved how spacious the rooms were, with a kitchen, front room, and bedroom. It was great having two TV units as well. The Italian-style breakfast next door was delicious, and in the evening, the bar provided tasty snacks to enjoy with drinks.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
